Agency Activation Terms

Agency activations are billed annually, per device, at one flat rate — simple to budget, with no tiers to compare.

✓ Flat rate — $99.99 / device / year, regardless of deployment size (custom agreements available for large deployments — see above).

✓ Price-lock guarantee — Your per-device price is fixed for the term, with no mid-term increases.

✓ Annual billing — Agency activations are billed and committed on an annual, per-device basis.

✓ Automatic renewal — Agency activations renew automatically at term end unless written notice is provided 90 days in advance, keeping your deployment uninterrupted.

Built-in Timestamp Verification — Included at No Cost

Every report generated by DVR Time Traveler automatically includes two independent forensic time assurances, at no additional cost:

✓ RFC 3161 Trusted Timestamp — Each report is hashed and timestamped by an independent third-party Time-Stamping Authority (FreeTSA.org), proving the document existed before a specific time ✓ Public verification link — A clickable link is embedded directly in every PDF; anyone can verify the timestamp online without special software (verify.sdtech.app) ✓ Multi-source time attestation — The device clock is independently verified against 5 trusted Internet time sources (Cloudflare, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon) at report generation ✓ Tamper-Evidence Checksum — HMAC-SHA256 keyed checksum over specified normalized report fields, including the officer's badge and device identity; not a whole-file checksum or public-key digital signature ✓ Offline report timestamping — Reports generated offline include a link to obtain an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp, producing the same verification certificate as online reports (verify.sdtech.app)

Report Certification — Sample

For cases requiring formal court documentation, agencies can request a paid Report Certification. SDTech verifies the report against its HMAC-SHA256 tamper-evidence checksum and issues an Integrity Verification Certificate, personally signed by SDTech's CEO, confirming the report's tamper-evidence checksum is intact and matches its original content.

Pricing: $100 per certification — billed in $100 CAD for Canadian buyers and $100 USD for U.S. and international buyers. Submit any app-generated PDF report through our secure certificate request page for certification. Bundled certifications are available as part of a custom negotiated agreement for large deployments.

Live Training

Remote training sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams are available for any agency at $150 CAD / hour (1-hour minimum). Bundled or included training sessions can be arranged as part of a custom negotiated agreement for large deployments — see above.
