What this certificate is

A DVR Time Traveler PDF report certifies the time base of the DVR under examination — documenting whether its internal clock was behind, accurate, or ahead of true time. For cases that require formal court documentation, SDTech can verify that such a report's tamper-evidence checksum is intact and matches its original content, and issue an Integrity Verification Certificate signed by SDTech's CEO.

✓ A check of the report's integrity by SDTech against its HMAC-SHA256 tamper-evidence checksum (and, when present, the independent RFC 3161 trusted timestamp).
✓ A PDF Integrity Verification Certificate, signed by SDTech's CEO and issued by SDTech, suitable for inclusion in a court file.
✓ A reference number and a record of the verification on file with SDTech.

What it does and does not establish. This certificate confirms that the report's tamper-evidence checksum is intact and matches its original content. It does not prove the accuracy of the underlying DVR footage, the chain of custody, or the admissibility of the report — those determinations remain with the court.

One report per request. To certify several reports, submit a separate request for each. Priced in Canadian dollars ($100 CAD); applicable GST/HST and any provincial tax are added where required. U.S. and international buyers are billed $100 USD with no Canadian tax.
